Mejora del interiorismo del restaurante Umami en Olot (Girona). Crear un espacio más atractivo y acorde con el tipo de cocina, además de mejorar las cualidades lumínicas y acústicas.
Objetivo.
Crecimiento en visitantes. Aumento
de la percepción de calidad. Adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias en diseño contract.
Solución.
El espacio interior del restaurante se envuelve con unas costillas de madera de pino adaptadas al espacio una por una, y que lo recorren desde el techo a las paredes, e incluso a la barra. Además, estas costillas sirven para crear mobiliario de apoyo, como el botellero.
La textura que confieren los listones de madera ayudan a la mejora acústica y escoden las instalaciones eléctricas.
